IT Workplace & Infrastructure Support
We are seeking a dedicated IT Workplace and Infrastructure Support professional to provide hands-on support for end-user workplace technology, including laptops, thin clients, and peripherals.
This role requires performing hardware tasks such as cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, and resets. The successful candidate will also manage local stock, coordinate storage activities, ensure accurate asset tracking and availability, and act as onsite "eyes and hands" to support the technical room under the guidance of remote teams.
This is a part-time support role requiring one day per week, engaged on a B2B contract basis.
Main Responsibilities:
Account creation and troubleshooting.
Travelling to 2nd site for server room management.
IT-related change communication support.
Manage local stock and coordinate storage activities.
Perform hardware tasks including cabling and imaging.
Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware and connectivity issues.
Coordinate with global AZ Tech teams for seamless integration.
Support ad hoc IT needs as required.
Key Requirements:
Experience with end-user support for technology.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and connectivity.
Knowledge of cabling and device setup.
Ability to manage local stock and asset tracking.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with remote teams.
Proven experience in an IT support role.
Nice to Have:
Experience with server room management.
Knowledge of networking basics.
Other Details: This position is based in Colombia and may require travel to a second site for server room management. This is a part-time support role requiring one day per week, engaged on a B2B contract basis.
