Location: hybrid model 1x/week in the office in Warszawa/Gdansk/Gdynia or Lodz

Remuneration: up to 155 zl/h net+vat (B2B)

Type of contract: B2B

Duration: Long-term

Responsibilities:

• Manage Transformation project leading to integrate IT cloud, digital workplace and cyber security resources into an existing technology landscape.
• Identify and engage respective stakeholders, collect and document requirements, based on which develop strategy allowing for prioritizitaiton of activities and budgeting.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessment. Develop business cases and secure respective stakeholders buy-in.
• Manage the transition throughout all the phases from initiating, planning, executing and closing.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT transformation project management, best in IT Cloud and M365 Microsoft services.
• Detailed record required for one IT transformation project - scope of the project, high level activities carried out, success criteria defined and handover plan
• Capable to manage projects following waterfall and agile practices
• Able to collect and document transformation requirements
• Understanding ITIL Framework
• Understanding Agile, SAFE
• Good to know or work with all or one of the following: Azure Could, Terraform, Paas, IaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Active Directory/EntraID, Cloud Networks, Software Packaging, Cyber Security

Nice to have:

• Good if understands policies and comliance requirements in financial sector, like DORA.
