🌍 Work model: hybrid from Poznań - we are flexible in that matter, but there is 100% chance that the need to be onsite appear from time to time. We are open to 2-3 days/week onsite / people who’d like to come 1 whole weel/month in case of a bigger installation project. We’re looking for someone flexible in this matter, there can be a need to be onsite in case of some ad hoc needs.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist Level 2 to join our Factory Automation team. This role requires a strong IT/OT background and experience with label printing systems (WCS). The successful candidate will play a key role in resolving incidents, managing service requests, and ensuring adherence to SLA and OLA standards. You will collaborate with L3 teams and our RGBS office in Poznan to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 IT support for the Factory Automation team.
• Manage incoming incidents and service requests, ensuring compliance with SLA requirements.
• Work closely with L3 teams to ensure quick and effective problem resolution.
• Set up and monitor OLA performance, providing monthly status reports.
• Assist the Factory Automation Manager with project management and coordination.
• Support the integration and maintenance of automation components in a factory environment.

Requirements:

• Strong IT/OT experience, particularly in industrial environments.
• Background in IT support roles with a focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Experience working in a factory environment with automation systems.
• Familiarity with components such as GPS applications, AGV systems, and Azure Cloud.

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with label printing technologies (WCS).
• Experience with SAP integration.
• Knowledge of CyberArk and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools.
