IT Support Consultant (part-time – 2 days a week in the Brussels office)
Summary: This role is focused on providing hands-on support for end-user workplace technology and managing local IT assets, while ensuring seamless collaboration with global tech teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on support for end user workplace technology, including laptops, thin clients, and peripherals.
Perform hardware tasks such as cabling, device delivery, setup, imaging, and resets.
Manage local stock and coordinate storage activities, ensuring accurate asset tracking and availability.
Act as onsite support for the technical room, providing basic server and networking assistance under remote guidance.
Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and escalation of issues as needed.
Support ad hoc IT needs, including troubleshooting and resolving first-level hardware or connectivity issues.
Account creation and troubleshooting.
Travel to the 2nd site for server room management.
Provide support for IT related change communication.
Key Requirements:
Experience in providing helpdesk or IT support services.
Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and configuration.
Familiarity with local asset management and tracking practices.
Basic understanding of server and networking support.
Nice to Have:
Experience with account management and creation.
Knowledge of IT change management processes.
Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff.

Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week with potential for increase.
