About the Role: We are seeking a proactive IT Project Manager to lead our SAP platform upgrade from ECC to S/4HANA. The immediate focus is to define and manage the Business Sign-off process, ensuring a seamless transition and stakeholder alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement the Business Sign-off process for the SAP S/4HANA upgrade.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise visuals and terms for diverse audiences.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across various departments to ensure project alignment and success.
• Utilize IT project management methodologies; prior experience with SAP projects is advantageous.
• Create compelling presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-4 years of IT project management experience post-graduation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Proven stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with IT project lifecycles; SAP experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
