UX designer/Developer

We are looking to hire a UX designer/Developer on behalf of our client the leader in the network of discount stores.

Role Description:

• 8+ years of UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing successful design solutions for complex systems, preferably within retail or supply chain management.

• Experience in designing of user friendly, intuitive and engaging and visually appealing web responsive portal.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring the solution aligns with business goals and user expectations.

• Conduct extensive user research with relevant Category Management and Procurement team members and application users to understand their workflows, pain points, and requirements.

• Strong understanding of analytics and data visualization principles, with experience designing reporting tools or dashboards.

• Develop and refine user personas and journeys, ensuring the solution caters to varied user needs across all category groups.

• Ability to quickly prototype ideas, create wireframes,low and high-fidelity designs.

• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to implement designs

• Experience of managing and mentoring other designers
