IT Project Manager (GDP-regulated IT Implementation)

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new system that enables real-time temperature monitoring in a GDP-critical project. This role requires driving structured, compliant IT delivery in a regulated pharma environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the project life cycle for a GDP-regulated IT system.

• Oversee all required project documentation including design, testing, validation, training, release, and handover.

• Manage and control change requests from assessment to implementation.

• Coordinate with IT, validation, QA, operations, compliance, and external vendors.

  Drive risk and issue management for inspection readiness.

• Maintain full traceability across requirements, testing, and releases.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in pharma or regulated industries.

• Strong understanding of GxP/GDP requirements.

• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.

• Skilled at handling structured documentation and compliance expectations.

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital solutions in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Understanding of data integrity principles.
