ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Network Support Team Coordinator will be responsible for co-managing the day-to-day operations of the Network Factory Team (ca. 20 people), providing a service for the customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring tasks with day-to-day operations in Network Area.
- Being responsible for the high quality and timeliness of tasks delivered by the teams.
- Building and maintaining good relations within the teams, as well as ongoing support and motivation of all team members.
- Being responsible for new joiners’ onboarding and ongoing competency development of all teammates.
- Being responsible for continuous service improvements and optimization.
- Cooperating with internal and external customers, as well as responding to escalations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders within the company as a part of multiple projects, changes, and improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Communicative English and Polish language (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Solid knowledge of systems and solutions supporting the Networking area.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage relations with teammates, customers, and other stakeholders
Nice to have:
- IT-related education completed or in progress
- Experience in managing/coordinating IT operations
