The primary objective of the IT Operation Specialist is to support business-critical applications by managing incidents, deployments, and continuous improvements to ensure efficient and stable operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support team with daily tasks, addressing low priority incidents and inquiries.

Investigate production incidents by collecting logs, analyzing performance, and collaborating with infrastructure teams for root cause analysis.

Participate in production deployment planning, execution, and verification to ensure successful changes.

Continuously improve services through root cause analysis, proposing preventative measures, and suggesting enhancements for efficiency and stability.

Support new release planning by verifying requirements from application management and testing results.

Maintain an end-to-end understanding of application flows and associated business processes.
REQUIREMENTS:

Formal degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.

Good knowledge of IT system deployment, monitoring, and logging in production.

Experience in incident handling, problem management, and change management using ITIL framework.

Experience in banking or payments (advantageous but not mandatory).

Familiarity with infrastructure or middleware technologies (e.g., WebLogic, SQL, Kubernetes, Kafka, IBM Message Queue, Linux) (advantageous but not mandatory).
