IT Manual Tester

Project Information:

• Industry: banking

• Location: Poland - Warsaw/ Gdansk or Gdynia, with possible remote work (2 days per week in the office required).

• Team Structure: Requires collaboration with multiple international teams.

• Rate: up to 120 PLN/H netto + VAT/B2B

• Summary: This role involves defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems within the Nordic Bank's QA team, ensuring high-quality delivery in an agile environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing activities efficiently and document results.

• Analyze and design new test cases and scenarios.

• Plan and execute various testing tasks.

• Report defects and manage their verification.

• Recommend actions based on test outcomes.

• Identify tests suitable for automation after manual verification.

• Collaborate closely with the scrum team to maintain high delivery standards.

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in Agile teams.

• Experience in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems.

• Familiarity with System Testing of modern UI (Web/Mobile).

• Experience with REST services.

• Proficiency in test management tools (preferably qTest or similar).

• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence.

• General testing knowledge, e.g., level of ISTQB Foundation.

• Ability to drive QA activities within the team.

• Tester mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with SAFE methodology.

• Experience in mobile app testing.

• Understanding of European mortgage/banking processes.

• Prior experience with S1/credit decision engines.
