Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Execution Leader to manage and oversee two dynamic projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will combine the responsibilities of a SCRUM Master and an IT Project Manager, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, track performance, and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and promote agile best practices and methodologies.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, encouraging professional growth and development.
• Track and report on project metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Manage project resources, including allocation, utilization, and capacity planning.
• Drive the adoption of agile tools and techniques to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a SCRUM Master and IT Project Manager with a successful track record of project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, including SCRUM, Kanban, and Lean.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in agile and project management tools (JIRA, PowerPPM).
• SCRUM certification (e.g., Certified SCRUM Master) and Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
