emagine is seeking a highly skilled IT Developer Expert specializing in Oracle technologies to join our team of freelance consultants. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in database optimization, performance analysis, and troubleshooting. Strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential for success in this role.
The primary responsibility of the IT Developer Expert will be to enhance database performance and optimize queries.
- Query optimization from both application and database perspectives.
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting of database issues.
- Knowledge application of asynchronous database setups.
- DB tuning and optimizing unoptimized setups.
- Utilization of Oracle reporting tools for efficient reporting.
- Implementing high availability setups and understanding their impact.
- Proven expertise in performance analysis, profiling, and optimization.
- Strong experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle or similar.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and database tuning techniques.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as Redis is a plus.
- Knowledge of containers on Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Experience with messaging technologies, particularly Kafka.
- Understanding of microservices and integration patterns.
- Experience in asynchronous database setups.
- Familiarity with high availability solutions and their configurations.
