About the Role
We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager with a technical background in Application Development and DevOps, combined with strong Project and Service Management experience. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working with Jira and EasyVista, and is comfortable bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead IT projects, technical initiatives, and IT service management (order ticketing) using Jira and EasyVista, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and service levels (SLAs).
Work closely with the Modern Apps & Platform Engineering team to ensure the timely, successful delivery of technical outcomes.
Coordinate the delivery of technology solutions, safeguarding quality, deadlines, and budgets.
Identify process and system inefficiencies and apply effective technological solutions.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and different business areas, ensuring IT effectively supports business processes.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project and service management, with hands-on use of Jira and EasyVista.
Proven ability to lead and guide technical teams and resolve complex problems efficiently.
Strong analytical skills applied to systems and processes, with a focus on identifying issues and implementing solutions.
Experience working across different business areas, with a solid understanding of how IT supports business processes.
Technical proficiency and background — able to engage credibly with engineering teams while managing projects and services.
Nice to Have
Certifications in relevant areas are considered a strong differentiator (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum Master, or similar).
Other Details
Fluent in Portuguese and English required. This is a time-and-materials engagement.
