IT Analyst

Project information:

• Industry: banking

• Rate: up to 140 PLN/hour (net) + VAT

• Location: Warsaw/Gdańsk or Gdynia (hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

Summary

The main function of the Senior IT Analyst is to translate business needs into effective operational and software requirements, ensuring the successful implementation of credit solutions while verifying their validity and priority.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working with technical requirements specifications including data analysis, mapping, modeling, and solution design.

• Developing IT solutions for the automation of Credit Risk, Financial Rating, and Analysis (FAR) area.

• Cooperating with stakeholders from multiple countries to enable sustainable solutions.

• Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements through stakeholder collaboration.

• Ensuring requirements traceability during the end-to-end development process.

• Responsible for documentation and quality improvement of requirements.

Key Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT analysis.

• Strong business and technical background with exceptional analytical skills.

• Good requirement specification skills (both functional and non-functional).

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban).

• Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven approach.

• Professional communication skills with a minimum C1 level in English.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence.

• Practical knowledge of SQL.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in data mapping and solution integration.

• Knowledge of process modeling, UML, and BPMN.

• Business knowledge of Credit Risk & Financial Rating.
