Introduction & Summary

We are seeking an IT Analyst specializing in mortgage solutions within the SD domain. The ideal candidate will excel in eliciting, documenting, and communicating both functional and non-functional requirements. A strong ability to translate business needs into actionable development tasks, coupled with expertise in IT solutions design, is essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities

The core duty of this position involves performing IT analysis specific to mortgage solutions, focusing on requirements gathering and documentation.

• Collect and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.

• Document requirements clearly and comprehensively.

• Distinguish between functional requirements and non-functional requirements.

• Utilize data, process, and information modeling techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN).

• Translate business needs into clear development tasks.

• Support IT solution design with analysis and recommendations.

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

Key Requirements

• Ability to elicit, document, and communicate requirements effectively.

• Experience with modeling techniques (data, process, information).

• Strong skills in translating business needs into actionable development tasks.

• Understanding of IT solution design processes.

• Ability to resolve business-related questions and issues during software design, development, and implementation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mortgage-related IT systems.
