IT Analyst

Location: hybrid model in Gdańsk (Office attendance required 2 days/week)

Rate: up to 145 zl/h net+vat (B2B)

This role focuses on collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their business strategies and translate them into detailed technical requirements for the IT team. The main objective is to enable sustainable solutions that ensure effective development and implementation of projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document business strategies aligned with target solutions.

• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements by working with architects, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.

• Translate business strategies into detailed technical requirements.

• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the development process.

• Document requirements, including use cases, and enhance quality.

• Support testers and developers within the team.

• Verify implementation by conducting tests and analyzing results.

• Provide stakeholders with insights on solution effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in IT and/or business analysis.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

• Knowledge of API development, Data Mapping, and Process Modelling.

• Understanding of the banking sector and payment domain.

• Proficient in SQL and user interface prototyping/design.

• Familiarity with architecture diagrams, like sequence diagrams.

• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.

• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in banking.

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP API.

• Familiarity with PSD2, PSD3/PSR.
