We are seeking experienced IDM Developer/Analyst to join our Client’s team, focusing on enhancing the identity management platform. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that the right individuals have appropriate access across the organization. Ideal applicants will have extensive experience in IDM, specifically with the One Identity product, as well as in leading teams and providing support to Level 2 resources.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis, development, and support primarily for the IDM platform.

• Address day-to-day production issues and maintain system performance, providing Level 3 support as necessary.

• Manage and deliver a pipeline of small change requests through the entire IT lifecycle.

• Conduct requirements capture, documentation, and ensure development adheres to standards.

• Perform testing, including regression testing, packaging, and deploying solutions.

• Mentor Level 2 support resources and provide handover for system changes.

• Analyze business data and process requirements to support IDM platform processing.

• Engage in IDM platform design and development activities to facilitate system upgrades.

• Advise on implementation strategies related to IDM platform projects.

• Conduct system testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.

• Create and implement release plans, promoting changes to controlled environments (UAT, PROD).

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IDM, particularly with One Identity.

• Proven experience in system upgrades.

• Strong skills in development, analysis, and stakeholder management.

• Proficiency in testing processes, including regression testing.

• Experience in managing production issues and IT lifecycle processes.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with IDM version 8 or above.

• Experience in a mentorship or leadership role.

• Ability to work in a flexible environment (remote options available).
