We’re looking for a Senior Identity Authentication and Authorization Engineer to join a high-impact IT transformation project for a a leading industrial manufacturing company.

You’ll play a key role in designing and securing identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

• Define and implement authentication & authorization solutions (Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, SSO, MFA).
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications for seamless user access.
• Configure and optimize IAM tools (user provisioning, role-based access control, SSO, MFA policies).
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Monitor and optimize identity security performance, ensuring stability and scalability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7-10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Expert in Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and MS Intune.
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, PKI, Conditional Access, and security policies.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to define security best practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, bridging IT, security, and business needs.
