Identity & Access Management Analyst (IAM Analyst)

Location: Gdynia (hybrid - 3 x week in office)

Rate: 170 pln/h netto +VAT

Summary: The primary objective of this role is to support the development team by providing expertise in identity and access management (IAM) while enhancing the functionality and coverage of Sailpoint Identity IQ (IIQ).

Main Responsibilities:

• Working as part of an Agile team to further expand the coverage and functionality of Sailpoint IIQ.

• Driving meetings with stakeholders to implement various enhancement initiatives.

• Capturing and documenting requirements for development purposes.

• Writing user stories and creating process and functionality-related documents.

• Testing developed features and verifying the deliverables in production.

• Contributing to increasing the maturity of IAM offerings.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with Sailpoint IIQ and utilizing its features and functionalities.

• Understanding and applying centralized IGA, preferably Sailpoint IIQ to the cloud (e.g., AWS, Entra ID, Google).

• Knowledge of IAM processes, including identity life-cycle, segregation of duties (SoD), certifications, and access request processes.

• Understanding of IAM good practices and principles.

• Experience working as part of an Agile team.

• Testing experience.

• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other IAM solutions apart from Sailpoint IIQ can be beneficial.
