Introduction & Summary

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong technical background in On-Prem Hybrid environments and Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our multifactor authentication project, ensuring progress and maintaining momentum through their expertise in hybrid environments and troubleshooting. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Main Responsibilities

• Secure the progress of the multifactor authentication project.

• Provide expertise on On-Prem hybrid environments.

• Manage Identity and Access Management, including Active Directory group memberships.

• Utilize specialized troubleshooting skills to analyze various logs.

• Coordinate effectively with other technical SMEs within the team.

Key Requirements

• Experience in On-Prem hybrid environments.

• Proficient in Identity and Access Management, particularly with AD group memberships.

• Specialized troubleshooting expertise, including log analysis.

• Strong coordination and collaboration skills with technical SMEs.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs).

• Knowledge of network infrastructure.

• Familiarity with Virtual Private Network (VPN) setup.

• Experience with SAML integrations with VPN.

• Knowledge of Cisco AnyConnect.

• Configuration experience with Windows Hello for Business.

• Familiarity with Entra ID.
