IAM Solution Lead – OT IGA (Senior Level)

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IAM Solution Lead for the OT IGA domain, responsible for delivering secure and compliant IAM solutions across IT and OT environments. The ideal candidate will possess at least 4-6 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, demonstrating expertise in access governance, IAM engineering, and a strong understanding of IAM principles. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

Key duties include overseeing the OT IGA project rollout, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, and leading technical support initiatives.

1. Participate end-to-end in the OT IGA project rollout and support continuous asset rollout through 2026-2028, including technical design and UAT activities.

2. Provide technical L3 support for the client, handling advanced troubleshooting and patch management.

3. Manage application lifecycle across the IGA solution, ensuring effective integration of various applications.

4. Conduct code reviews and recommend best practices for compliance and security within the IGA platform.

5. Coordinate with infrastructure operations on system maintenance and service issues relevant to the OT IGA solution.

Key Requirements:

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience delivering technical implementations of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

• Strong expertise in IAM engineering & operations for reliability and platform performance.

• Proven experience in implementing IAM and Access Governance within large-scale environments.

• Familiarity with application onboarding practices.

• Deep understanding of IAM principles including identity lifecycle management and RBAC; exposure to OT environments preferred.

• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with diverse teams across time zones.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with regulatory compliance specific to IAM domains.

• Familiarity with operational technology security requirements.

Other Details:

This position is based in Gentofte, Denmark. The consultant is required to work on-site for a minimum of two days per week. Remote work is prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon. Background checks are mandatory prior to onboarding.
