We are seeking an experienced IAM Project Manager to lead pivotal identity and access management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of expertise in IAM projects, with familiarity in tools such as One Identity Manager, Oracle, Microsoft, or SailPoint. This role is critical in our effort to integrate banking and securities operations, enhancing security measures across systems in response to heightened regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee 4–6 simultaneous workstreams, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Engage with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and testers.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budget estimations.
• Allocate tasks and track milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Provide regular status updates and manage risks and issues effectively.
• Maintain clear documentation and escalate concerns as necessary.

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in IAM project management.
• Proficient in IAM technologies, with a preference for One Identity Manager or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
