I2C Subject Matter Expert

We are looking to engage a consultant to support global rapid rollouts in the Invoice to Cash (I2C) domain, focusing on enhancing efficiency within SAP S/4HANA processes. This role plays a key part in validating system readiness, supporting data migration, collaborating with end-users, and ensuring smooth deployment across international markets.

Work model & rate:

• Remote work from Poland is possible

• Occasional onsite visits in Warsaw

• B2B rate: 170–200 PLN/h + VAT

Main Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with operational and project teams to test, validate, and deploy the new system.

• Gather, analyze, model, and interpret large datasets to support data migration testing.

• Make recommendations and collaborate with end-users to implement features or changes that improve process efficiency.

• Verify technical reference information, including user guides, training manuals, and system requirements.

• Assist in writing test plans and test scripts; participate in configuration and integration testing.

• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, including running reports for data analysis.

• Support global rollout planning in the I2C area by collaborating closely with project and operational teams.

Key Requirements

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA

• Knowledge of billing, collections management, cash application, disputes, customer master data

• Understanding of Intercompany billing (preferred)

• Experience in SAP end-user testing

• Familiarity with defect resolution processes in cooperation with implementation partners

• Hands-on experience with cutover, data migration, and hypercare support

• Experience with global rollout planning in the I2C domain

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in finance transformation projects

• Knowledge of other ERP systems

• Familiarity with data analytics tools

• Project management certifications

• Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments

Other Details:

• Engagement Duration: Long-term, 12 months with possibility of prolongations.
