Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a technically skilled SAP Integration Support Specialist to support all integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and standard Master Data Replication. This role is responsible for understanding integration interfaces, business rules, and ensuring data integrity between Employee Central (EC) and connected systems. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, clarifying integration logic, identifying data issues, and supporting the configuration and troubleshooting of employee data replication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand integration interfaces and business rules behind SAP CPI integrations (not development-focused).
- Serve as point of contact to clarify integration logic for technical teams.
- Review Employee Central (EC) employee profiles to identify and resolve data errors impacting integrations.
- Communicate with application owners to discuss data received via API, CSV, SFTP, or IDOC, and relate it to EC data.
- Oversee the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Employee and Organizational data replication from EC to SAP ERP systems.
- Debug SAP ABAP programs and use relevant SAP transactions to investigate issues.
- Analyze and resolve replication errors, proactively identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update mapping tables and transformation logic to ensure accurate data transfer.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure smooth and compliant data flows.
- Document integration logic, troubleshooting steps, and escalation paths.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SAP Employee Central and SAP HR module.
- Strong technical knowledge of SAP integrations, including CPI, IDOC, API, SFTP, and CSV data flows.
- SAP BADI Implementation: Experience in identifying, analyzing, and supporting SAP Business Add-Ins (BADIs) relevant to HR and integration processes.
- Experience with SAP ABAP debugging and relevant SAP HR transactions.
- Ability to analyze and interpret business rules and integration logic.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience configuring and supporting employee data replication between EC and other SAP systems is mandatory.
- Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing IDOC processing, including error resolution.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Other Details:
This position is hybrid, combining on-site and remote work, and is expected to last for 12 months, engaging in various integration support tasks related to SAP.
