Main Responsibilities:
As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for driving initiatives to support talent development and employee engagement.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Drive initiatives in talent development, acquisition, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations.
Maintain positive industrial relations.
Align HR systems, practices & policies with management guidance.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Manage employee concerns and grievances.
Enhance employee engagement activities.
Oversee efficient administrative operations to support employees.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in Norwegian and English (verbal and written).
HR degree or professional HR qualification.
3-4 years of relevant experience in HR.
High professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
Nice to Have:
Experience in digital marketing and branding.
Ability to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Excellent work ethics.

Location: Warsaw, Mokotów - hybrid work (2 days per week at the office).
