This role focuses on leading HR and administrative functions to enhance workplace operations and employee satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:


As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for driving initiatives to support talent development and employee engagement.


Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Drive initiatives in talent development, acquisition, and performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations.

  • Maintain positive industrial relations.

  • Align HR systems, practices & policies with management guidance.

  • Lead employer branding initiatives.

  • Manage employee concerns and grievances.

  • Enhance employee engagement activities.

  • Oversee efficient administrative operations to support employees.


Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English (verbal and written).

  • HR degree or professional HR qualification.

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR.

  • High professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in digital marketing and branding.

  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent work ethics.
