Summary: The role of the HR Analyst is focused on managing and optimizing the HR functions within an organization, particularly through the use of Workday and ensuring that the HR processes from hiring to retirement are effective and compliant with regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities including offer letter generation, background verification, document collection across APAC countries.
- Process employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, salary revisions and maintain employee records in the HRMS.
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs for APAC countries ensuring compliance with employment laws.
- Execute resignation processes and manage employee offboarding including deactivating system access and generating exit letters.
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in Workday with end-to-end Hire-to-Retire process.
- Experience working in HRM Platforms (Workday, PeopleSoft).
- Working knowledge of APAC employment laws and HR regulatory framework.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
