Graphic Designer

emagine is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the preparation of tender documentation. The role is responsible for visual design, graphical elements, and layout consistency across all tender responses, ensuring that complex technical and operational content is presented clearly, professionally, and in compliance with formal requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and enforce a consistent visual identity and layout across all tender documents.

• Develop and maintain document templates for written responses, tables, figures, and appendices.

• Design and produce all graphical elements, including architecture diagrams, process flows, timelines, and governance models.

• Ensure consistency between graphical elements and corresponding written content.

• Ensure readability, accessibility, and evaluation usability of all documents.

• Manage formatting, styles, pagination, cross-references, and version consistency.

• Ensure compliance with tender-specific formatting, page limits, and submission rules.

• Coordinate with bid management, technical authors, and process owners to integrate visuals accurately.

• Perform final quality control of layout and graphics prior to submission.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience supporting complex or regulated tender documentation

• Strong ability to visualise technical, operational, and governance concepts

• Experience managing layout consistency in multi‑author documents

• Proficiency with professional layout and diagramming tools

• High attention to detail and ability to work under fixed deadlines

• Experience with compliance‑driven submissions

• Fluent in Danish, written and spoken
