GIS Specialist

Summary

The GIS Specialist will support the ICT department by implementing and maintaining GIS services and solutions across various directions. The main objective is to strengthen the development team for the RINF project, which focuses on data export of railway infrastructure for the European Union Agency for Railways.

Main Responsibilities

Core duties include the technical analysis and development of GIS solutions. Below are the key responsibilities:

• Conduct technical analysis.

• Develop documented code.

• Perform unit testing on developed solutions.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience with FME (Safe Software).

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Spatial.

• Hands-on experience with .Net programming language.

• Active knowledge of one national language (French or Dutch) at minimum C1 level; passive knowledge of the other at minimum A2 level; good knowledge of English at minimum B1 level.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ESRI tools.

• Knowledge of Angular.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence tools.
