Full Stack Developer (Next.js/React/Tailwind)

Remuneration: 100-135 PLN/h

Summary:This role involves joining a small, agile team of developers to enhance the platform, focusing on both client-side and server-side development to improve the user experience for freelancers.

Main Responsibilities:As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the systems that enable a seamless user experience:

• Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

• Implement client-side and server-side architecture

• Build visually appealing and responsive front-end applications

• Develop and maintain well-functioning databases and applications

• Create and maintain APIs

• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

• Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade software as needed

• Contribute to security and data protection best practices

• Support mobile responsive design across the platform

• Assist in writing technical documentation

• Work with customer success and business teams to enhance software features

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role

• Experience developing web applications

• Familiarity with the Next.js framework, including Node.js and React

• Solid knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. Bootstrap, React, Tailwind)

• Understanding of back-end languages (e.g. Node)

• Experience with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Docker)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• High attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Analytical mindset

• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with agile development methodologies

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices

• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
