We are seeking an Expert IT Analyst specializing in cross border and SWIFT technology. The successful candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in IT and business analysis, with a strong understanding of the banking and financial sectors. You will drive successful delivery initiatives, ensuring adherence to high standards and deadlines, while facilitating agile collaboration among stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing the delivery process, ensuring quality and timely outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Drive and manage initiative delivery process according to company standards.

• Elicit, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements.

• Identify proactive management methods for process robustness and application quality.

• Facilitate agile cooperation between business, IT, and external partners.

• Provide payment expertise through discussions, coaching, and peer reviews.

• Propose innovative technology solutions to enhance performance.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology and IT/business analysis.

• Experience in the banking sector or financial services.

• Strong knowledge of cross border payments (SWIFT and ISO messages).

• Experience in SWIFT payments infrastructure, including migrations and real-time payments.

• Hands-on experience with data mapping, data migration, and process modeling.

• Proficient in SQL and user interface prototyping/design.

• Experienced with Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of complex architectural landscapes within the payments value chain.

• Understanding of SEPA, EPC, and NPC is advantageous.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
