ERP Business Analyst
ERP Business Analyst / AMOA – Odoo Implementation
We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst (AMOA) to support the implementation of an Odoo ERP system within an international distribution organization in the Netherlands. The ERP will support the full operational cycle (sales, purchasing, logistics, and finance) and integrate with approximately 20 existing applications for around 125 users.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, working closely with internal teams, key users, and external partners. You will help translate business needs into functional requirements, support workshops, and contribute to process improvements, data migration, and system integrations.
Main Responsibilities
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Support ERP implementation and business workshops (sales, purchasing, logistics, finance)
Contribute to process mapping and optimization
Support data migration, with a strong focus on product master data
Coordinate interfaces between Odoo and other applications
Assist with change management, user documentation, and training preparation
Work closely with business teams, IT, and external implementation partners
Key Requirements
Proven experience as an ERP Business Analyst / AMOA in ERP or IT projects
Experience with system integrations and multi-application environments
Strong understanding of business processes (sales, procurement, logistics, finance)
Experience in distribution, retail, or logistics environments is preferred
Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in international and cross-functional teams
Languages
English – required
French – required
Dutch – a plus
