Dynatrace Consultant

Introduction & Summary:

We’re seeking a skilled Dynatrace Consultant to join its Monitoring & AIOps team. This role focuses on enhancing observability and incident management for AXA Entities through innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience with Dynatrace, a strong understanding of cloud technologies, and relevant certifications. Key responsibilities include assessing product needs, designing implementation solutions, and contributing to end-to-end monitoring capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

The Dynatrace Consultant will primarily oversee monitoring and observability enhancements through the following responsibilities:

• Assess needs for observability and monitoring across GO and Opcos’ products.

• Design solutions to onboard new scopes to the Dynatrace platform.

• Contribute to real-time monitoring by providing alerts and metrics.

• Implement automation for proactive incident management.

• Collaborate with team members on performance analytics.

Key Requirements:

• Dynatrace certification.

• Azure and/or AWS certification.

• Minimum 4 years of expertise with Dynatrace.

• Proficient in monitoring Azure or AWS with Dynatrace.

• Experience with Dynatrace capabilities including DQL, Workflow, and Guardian.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Dynatrace Monaco.

• Strong JavaScript skills.

• Architectural design experience.
