DLP Cyber Security Expert

Location: hybrid model 3x/week in office in Gdańsk, Gdynia or Warszawa

Rate: up to 190 pln/h net+vat

Summary: The role focuses on ensuring the effectiveness of Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) solutions to protect sensitive information. It aims to enforce security policies and minimize data leakage risks across various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor Data Leakage Prevention solution health and respond to incidents to prevent outages or non-compliance.

• Review, recommend, and assist in the implementation of technical data protection controls.

• Drive the implementation of new DLP use cases and improve existing policies for higher DLP control effectiveness.

• Provide advisory services on data security matters to stakeholders and partners.

• Support awareness and communication campaigns concerning data protection.

• Participate in Cyber Security projects and initiatives.

• Develop and maintain DLP technologies for Cloud, Storage, Email, Endpoint, and Web.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in implementing enterprise-class Cyber Security solutions within the financial sector.

• Broad knowledge of Cyber Security, Data Privacy, and Risk and Compliance Management.

• Proven capability in executing project objectives and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Solid understanding of Cyber Security aspects, including process, technology, risk, and compliance.

• Professional Project Management skills.

• Adaptability to work in an international enterprise environment.

• Proven track record in IT Security with strong communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in implementing enterprise-class Data Leakage Prevention solutions for data-in-transit, data-in-use, and data-at-rest.

• Skill in preparing clear and meaningful reports.

• Experience in regulated environments involving collaboration with business, risk/compliance, legal, and IT stakeholders.

• Basic knowledge of Banking regulations related to Data Protection, such as PCI DSS, Data Protection Act, GDPR, MIFID II, etc.
