Summary
The role focuses on enhancing application observability through strong DevOps and platform engineering skills, contributing to improving digital financial solutions.
Participate in the Application Observability Team, managing services within the Service Reliability and Observability (SRO) department.
Define and refine monitoring and alerting rules for organizational use.
Collaborate with teams to enhance performance and fulfill user stories.
Work on Grafana’s migration from on-premises to AWS, planning and implementing requirements.
Improve deployment processes using Git workflows and ArgoCD.
Propose and validate performance and user experience improvements.
Address issues and manage postmortems with preventive measures.
Analyze performance, identify anomalies, and implement corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Minimum 3 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer or in the SRE domain.
Strong ownership in defining strategies and implementing changes.
Hands-on experience with server-side technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
Expertise in observability/monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
Upper-intermediate English skills.
Experience in an infrastructure engineer role.
Familiarity with cloud migration and management.
Experience with continuous deployment tools.
Location: On-Site (Vilnius) or Remote (within EU). Employment type: Full-time. Preferred start date: ASAP; end date after 6 months with a potential extension.
