Summary

The role focuses on enhancing application observability through strong DevOps and platform engineering skills, contributing to improving digital financial solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Application Observability Team, managing services within the Service Reliability and Observability (SRO) department.

• Define and refine monitoring and alerting rules for organizational use.

• Collaborate with teams to enhance performance and fulfill user stories.

• Work on Grafana’s migration from on-premises to AWS, planning and implementing requirements.

• Improve deployment processes using Git workflows and ArgoCD.

• Propose and validate performance and user experience improvements.

• Address issues and manage postmortems with preventive measures.

• Analyze performance, identify anomalies, and implement corrective measures.

• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer or in the SRE domain.

• Strong ownership in defining strategies and implementing changes.

• Hands-on experience with server-side technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).

• Expertise in observability/monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).

• Upper-intermediate English skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in an infrastructure engineer role.

• Familiarity with cloud migration and management.

• Experience with continuous deployment tools.
