Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the delivery and configuration of solutions within the Customer Excellence platform, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CRM), ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overall business requirements.
Responsibilities:
Deliver development and configuration support within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders across workstreams.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices.
Support both implementation and advisory activities in a hybrid delivery model.
Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes and capabilities.
Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Provide support across multiple prioritized capability areas.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CRM) development and configuration.
Strong understanding of D365 standard functionalities and best practices.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Ability to work across multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments.
Experience in enterprise digital solutions and service workflows.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in vendor-led or hybrid delivery models.
Familiarity with Customer Service or Technical Service domains.
Ability to scale delivery based on changing priorities and scope.
Experience in global and multi-market environments.
Strong focus on quality, maintainability, and long-term solution sustainability.
