Delivery Lead - AI Projects - Financial services (h/f)

Are you an experienced Delivery Lead with strong experience across AI initiatives and multi‑team technical delivery?

emagine has an opportunity for you to support AI-driven optimisation and transformation across multiple technical workstreams with a global team.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years’ experience delivering projects within banking, financial services, or complex technical environments.

• Demonstrated experience leading AI‑related initiatives and working across multiple engineering teams.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.

• Solid experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Financial Services background essential.

Key Tasks & Deliverables

• Oversee delivery across several concurrent technical workstreams, ensuring outputs align with organisational standards.

• Coordinate with engineering teams, BAs, and senior stakeholders to support smooth execution.

• Ensure AI-related initiatives are delivered efficiently, securely, and in line with required governance.

• Manage high‑level collection, understanding, and interpretation of policies and procedures.

• Provide project governance, reporting, RAID management, and strategic oversight to ensure continued value delivery.

• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes across the technology stack.
