Business Analyst - Remote within Romania

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team, acting as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams within a regulated environment. This role blends strong business analysis capability with a user-centred product design approach, supporting the delivery of high-quality, compliant digital solutions. The successful candidate will be comfortable working autonomously within complex organisations, driving clarity, collaboration, and value throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

• Lead requirements-gathering activities including workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including requirements specifications, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product release documentation.

• Ensure compliance with GxP, GMP, and data integrity standards throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Quality Assurance, GRC, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies as required, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of team workflows using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or equivalent.

• Identify and help resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and maintain alignment across multiple teams.

Product Design Focus

• Work closely with stakeholders to define and design intuitive, user-centred interfaces and user experiences for front-end applications.

• Create wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and other design artefacts to visualise and communicate design solutions effectively.

• Ensure design outputs align with business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately in the final solution.

• Champion user-centred design principles and usability best practice throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GxP, GMP, and regulated data environments.

• Experience delivering technology system implementations, including validation and qualification activities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously within complex organisational environments.

• Good working knowledge of the SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar.
