Introduction & Summary

The IT Analyst for the PASO Team will leverage extensive IT analysis skills and strong expertise in payment systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of integration software, be adept in both on-premise and cloud solutions, and possess excellent User Interface design capabilities. This role is essential in identifying impacted systems and supporting business requirements development.

Main Responsibilities

The main duty of the IT Analyst involves contributing to the thorough analysis and documentation of business and IT requirements.

• Conduct IT analysis for payment systems and integration software.

• Assist in development and quality control activities.

• Detail business and IT requirements and create specification documents.

• Identify impacted individuals and systems for requirements.

• Support User Interface prototyping and design.

• Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management.

• Engage in agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum.

• Perform data testing and reconciliation processes.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis.

• Strong knowledge of the banking sector and payment systems (SEPA, Swift, ISO messages).

• Proficient in BIG Data, ETL, Data Testing, and SQL.

• Experience with reconciliation processes and statement generation.

• Practical knowledge of data mapping, data migration, and process modeling.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Familiarity with agile working methodologies.

• Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in Nordea.
