Introduction & Summary: To play a key role in organizing and analyzing customs-related data, facilitating insights for decision-making across a global team. This position requires approximately 5 years of experience in data analysis, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication abilities for engaging with non-technical stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and harmonize customs-related data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency across formats and currencies.

• Analyze pricing structures and rates across regions for transparency.

• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and PowerPoint.

• Support decision-making through structured data presentation by region and product.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to validate data and gather missing information.

• Contribute ideas for future improvements in data processes and tools.

• Assist in building a new team and shaping workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in data analysis or similar roles.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

• Ability to work with large, complex datasets from various systems.

• Excellent communication skills for explaining data to non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable in a global, distributed team setting.

• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience in creating presentations using PowerPoint.

Other Details: This role is based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote). The contract duration is 6 months with the possibility of extensions, starting in January or February. The recruitment process includes an initial interview, an Excel test (1.5–2 hours), and a potential second interview. This is in a start-up environment within a global company.
