Cyber Security Architect - Innovation Platform (CSAI)

Summary:

Cyber Security Architect role is focused on enhancing the company's security posture through the development and implementation of security architectures, policies, and standards. Primary objective is to ensure that security measures align with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Produce formal architecture artefacts, including security standards and countermeasure catalogues.

• Drive the workstreams for SASE 2.0 and Zero Trust strategies.

• Identify and close gaps in current Enterprise Security Architectures (ESA) standards.

• Enable self-service DevSecOps tooling under the BAFS taxonomy.

• Implement security governance across cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with Security Architecture frameworks (e.g., SABSA, TOGAF).

• Proficient in authoring formal security standards and governance documents.

• Hands-on experience with ISO 27002:2022 frameworks.

• Ability to create and maintain security control catalogs.

• Skills in SASE architecture design, including understanding of SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and FWaaS.

• Experience in designing Zero Trust architectures and frameworks.

• Expertise in dynamic application security testing (DAST).

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and experiences in large regulated industries.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of threat modelling, such as STRIDE or PASTA.

• Experience in hybrid network and SD-WAN integration.

• Understanding of application onboarding and golden path authorship.

• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Security governance and compliance knowledge.

• German language skills.
