Card Issuing Project Manager

emagine is looking for a Project Manager (Card issuing migration) to one of our fantastic clients in Stockholm.

Start: 2026-Aug (6 months contract with possible extension)
Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the assignment:

Provide project management expertise to drive end-to-end operational and customer transition, ensuring successful execution of the card initiative delivery plan. Support preparation for card business and operational readiness, as well as transition/migration to the target solution.

What you will do:

Lead all aspects of card migration and customer transition, including planning, communication, and business readiness. Track and report progress on business readiness activities.

Drive and support business change and readiness preparation and execution, ensuring all migration-related activities are completed in time for go-live.

Manage stakeholders and anchor changes within business organizations by securing relevant training and communication.

Prepare and manage business impact readiness leading up to go/no-go decisions.

Ensure product setup of the migrated card portfolio and updated business process designs and routines.

Manage dependencies and stakeholder engagement across internal and external teams.

Gather business requirements and support feature development and execution.

Drive migration activities proactively, removing blockers and resolving implementation issues.

Manage pilot planning and execution.

Support test execution from a business/requirements perspective, including UAT.

Maintain requirements and business documentation.

Plan and execute pilot verification and support business readiness for migration.

Support knowledge sharing and transfer.

Manage planning and preparation of migration activities.
