About the Role 
As Business Unit Director, you will advance and lead our Life Science & Energy business (LS&E). You will be responsible not only for driving sales and agreements but also for ensuring that emagine delivers high-value consulting and IT expertise that enables our clients to achieve their strategic goals. 

Your Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and grow emagine’s LS&E Sector Business Unit with full P&L responsibility. 

• Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan for relevant companies/organisations based upon your commercial excellence. 

• Drive framework agreements, positioning emagine as a trusted, long-term partner. 

• Build executive-level relationships with decision-makers among the Clients in LS&E segment. 

• Act as a consulting leader, shaping how we deliver IT consulting services, managed services, and strategic solutions. 

• Inspire, coach, and collaborate with our internal teams and consultants to ensure delivery excellence. 

• Monitor market trends, procurement regulations, and sector developments to identify opportunities for growth. 

• Represent emagine as a thought leader within the LS&E branch, strengthening our brand and presence in the market. 

You know how to act as a trusted advisor, supporting clients under these conditions, and you bring a proven ability to sell consulting services and IT expertise We are looking for someone who can match the following profile: 

• Extensive experience, understanding and proven track record within the above mentioned responsibilities and competences.  

• Background in leading consulting teams, sales/business units, or practices within IT or management consulting. 

• Strong executive presence, able to operate with senior stakeholders. 

• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English. 

• Results-oriented, structured, and entrepreneurial, with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
