Job description

Summary:

A senior Business Change Project Manager is required to oversee and coordinate a complex Sustainability Reporting programme involving significant cross-functional stakeholder engagement and document coordination activities. This role primarily focuses on ensuring effective delivery of sustainability reporting outputs while managing stakeholder dynamics and governance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery coordination for the Sustainability Reporting programme.

  • Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions and senior leadership teams.

  • Coordinate the production, review, and consolidation of sustainability documentation and reporting deliverables.

  • Manage interdependencies between contributors and workstreams to ensure timely delivery of overall reporting outputs.

  • Coordinate governance activities, steering committees, and reporting forums.

  • Manage programme scope, risks, timelines, resource planning, and delivery activities.

  • Ensure strong communications management and stakeholder alignment throughout the programme lifecycle.

  • Drive structured programme governance and delivery oversight.

Key Requirements:

  • Significant experience delivering complex business change or reporting programmes.

  • Exceptional stakeholder and communications management capability.

  • Experience coordinating large-scale documentation or reporting initiatives.

  • Strong governance and steering committee management experience.

  • Experience operating within highly structured and governance-heavy environments.

  • Strong planning, coordination, and delivery management capability.

  • Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and programme risks.

  • Prince2 and/or PMP certification essential.

Nice to Have:

  • Public sector or similarly regulated environment experience.

  • Experience supporting Sustainability, ESG or regulatory reporting initiatives.

  • Experience with EAC (Estimate at Completion) financial management and reporting.

  • Experience managing complex cross-functional dependency structures.

Other Details:

This role works under a hybrid model and the consultant will be required onsite 2 days a week in the Dublin city office
