Business Analyst with German

Summary:

Business Analyst role focuses on supporting the Financial IT team in enhancing software development with particular emphasis on AI and advising on sales processes. This role requires flexibility for occasional travel and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support as a Business Analyst.

• Collaborate with the Financial IT team on the further development of software, including areas related to AI

• Provide advice on releases and the associated processes, especially sales processes.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

• Knowledge of banking or FinTech, including experience in client advisory or sales from a banking consultancy background (if applicable, please specify your main focus).

• Strong team collaboration skills.

• Fluency in German as the project language.

• Initial experience or knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Additional experience in software development methodologies.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
