Summary:

We are looking for Business Analysts based in Poland to assist with the customer data mastering project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, presenting and explaining requirements to IT development teams, as well as providing support for data mapping and data migration during the later stages of the project.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements.

• Present and explain requirements to IT development teams.

• Provide support for data mapping and data migration.

• Correct industry codes as part of the data cleansing initiative.

• Develop and manage a new database/platform focused on customer data.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role.

• Experience in banking.

• Strong background in customer data management.

• Knowledge/background/experience in data modeling and databases design (incl. non-relational like Mongo) or any other tech/IT analysis.

• Basic SQL knowledge to create and run SQL scripts.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Confluence.

• Expertise in conducting external Google research, including deriving entity relationships using annual reports.

• Experience handling large datasets in MS Excel for data reconciliation and reporting.

• Proficiency in using pivots, charts, and formulas in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP.

• Understanding of how to use Excel formulas effectively.

• Experience in creating process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in reference data analysis.

• Understanding of entity and corporate relationships.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of ETL processes.

• Background in mathematics.
