Business Analyst

Working mode: hybrid (3 days per week at the office)

Location: Brussels

Summary: The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between the IT Legal and Compliance team and various business lines, ensuring that the organization meets evolving regulatory requirements and improves operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business lines to implement required regulations

• Examine incoming regulation requests to ensure compliance with obligations

• Collaborate with the Compliance team to support their activities

• Monitor and update various applications to align with legal and compliance needs

• Ensure timely production of regulatory reports, such as Solvency II and Emir Reporting

Key Requirements:

• Experience in compliance and regulatory reporting

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial regulations

• Experience with Solvency II or Emir Reporting

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of financial regulatory frameworks and applications

• Experience with Aladdin system implementations
