Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements while ensuring effective communication between business and technical teams. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of process modeling along with functional specifications.

Main Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Bridge communication between business and technical teams.
• Engage in process modeling and develop functional specifications.
• Utilize prioritization techniques and assist in backlog refinement.
• Conduct data analysis and develop reporting solutions.
• Utilize requirements management tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Leverage ALM (IBM) suite for requirement documentation and traceability.
• Exhibit strong redactional skills for crafting specifications.
• Build Agents for the business using Copilot Studio.

Key Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in process modeling and functional specifications.
• Knowledge of prioritization techniques and backlog refinement.
• Understanding of data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with ALM (IBM) suite (RNG, EWM, ETM).
• Strong redactional skills.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio for Agent development.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in Business Analysis, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
