Business Analyst (100% remote)

💰Rate: 130 - 150 PLN/h on B2B.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CPO, Business Architect, and stakeholders to document the business vision.

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions to define functional and non-functional specifications.

• Convert high-level epics into detailed User Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria.

• Maintain critical documentation like process flows and business rules in Confluence.

• Manage the product backlog in Jira to ensure prioritization and grooming.

• Act as the liaison for Scrum teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth operations during sprints.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex software development.

• Proven Agile/Scrum expertise.

• Mastery in requirements elicitation and User Story creation.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in the Ad Tech, E-commerce or Digital industry.

• Experience with SaaS and multi-tenant platforms.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of API-first and microservices architectures.
