We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in corporate actions systems implementation (Astrid). The successful consultant will play a crucial role in helping businesses manage events that significantly affect financial investors, such as stock splits, dividends, and mergers. The role emphasizes reducing human errors through automation and streamlining processes. The ideal consultant will bring a strong understanding of implementing corporate actions systems and a passion for enhancing operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Change in the implementation of new corporate actions systems.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for corporate actions processes.

  • Identify and document potential risks associated with corporate actions.

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.

  • Assist in testing and validation of the corporate actions systems.

  • Provide training and support to users to ensure effective system adoption.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate actions and related processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with fintech partners, especially Broadridge.

  • Familiarity with process automation tools.

  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques.
