BA-Scrum Master & PM

Introduction & Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with Scrum Master experience, specializing in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in business analysis and a minimum of 2 years in project management. Strong expertise in financing, lease, loan, and customer onboarding processes is essential for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough business requirements analysis activities.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather comprehensive business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into measurable functional use cases.
• Communicate functional requirements clearly to the development team.
• Prepare detailed test cases and execute end-to-end testing.
• Monitor functional quality and stability of applications in production.
• Oversee all developments related to the application as the feature team lead.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives.
• Participate in Agile methodologies for effective requirements capturing.
• Create user stories using a Behavior Driven Development (BDD) format.
• Utilize SQL for data analysis to support decision-making processes.

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of financing, lease, loan, and customer onboarding processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and use case techniques.
• Experience in creating user stories using BDD methodologies.
• Understanding of retail banking principles, authentication, and authorization.
• Knowledge of APIs and experience in API testing.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Agile methodologies.
